Overview
Neptunia Shooter is an 8-bit style shoot 'em up spin-off of the Hyperdimension Neptunia series, published by Idea Factory International and developed by Preapp. It was released for PC on Steam on May 21, 2019, with English and Japanese language options.
Players begin as Neptune in a space dimension overrun by creatures that fire endless waves of bullets. Each of the six bullet-hell stages ends with a Goddess boss, who joins the party once beaten, and players can switch between the characters on the fly to use their different shooting patterns. Scores go on Steam online leaderboards.
