Overview
Blockids is a 3D take on Breakout, made by Athena for the PlayStation and first released in Japan in 1996.
You choose one of eight characters and smash a ball into the bricks of each opponent's fortress with your paddle. You can switch from the angled top view to a view behind the paddle, bounce the ball over barriers and earn a special power-up by scoring points. It came to the Japanese PlayStation Store as a PS1 classic on August 27, 2008.
