Overview
Kaze no Notam is a hot air balloon simulation in a fantasy setting, made by Artdink and released for the PlayStation in Japan in September 1997.
You can't steer the balloon directly. You only go up by firing the burner or down by letting out hot air, and since the wind blows differently at each height, shown on a wind compass, you have to pick the right altitude to drift where you want to go. It came to the Japanese PlayStation Store as a PS1 classic on November 22, 2017.
