Overview
The Satellaview is a satellite modem for the Super Famicom, released in Japan on 23 April 1995. It sits under the console and received games and radio-style broadcasts over the St.GIGA satellite service.
Broadcasts ended in 2000 and many of the games were never saved, so Satellaview history is a big preservation project of its own.
